This event lasts four days Thurs-Sun.  Come and go as you please.

Where:  Element Orlando International Drive, 5750 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando FL 32821.  Lots of shopping and dining spots nearby.  

Start/End Time:  This event starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm.  The crop room is open the following times:  Thursday 10am until midnight, Friday 8am until 1am, Saturday 8am until 1am, Sunday 8am until 5pm.  

Hotel Rooms:  Hotel rooms are your responsibility and can be reserved once you have completed payment.  Once we verify your payment was received the link or code will be provided to you.  Our room rate is only available until 11 May 2026.  Cost for all rooms is $159.00 per night plus taxes.  No additional resort fee for our event.  Hot breakfast is provided for registered hotel guests and complimentary parking and wifi throughout the venue. 

Food:  Water, ice and various snacks are provided all weekend.  Lunches will be provided on Friday and Saturday.  The remaining are your responsibility.  Menu will be provided in advance.

All attendees will receive a six-foot table for cropping.  Power available to all tables.  Welcome Gift provided upon arrival and other door prize drawings occur every day.  Lots of vendors will be offering show specials, teaching classes, and selling products at the event! 

All seats at this event are $250.00.  Two payment options are available.  Deposit with one additional payment due two months prior to event OR payment in full.  If you choose the deposit option, an invoice will be sent for final payment three months prior to the event.  It is your responsibility to note the payment due date and complete payment no later than two months prior to the event.  Any seat not paid in full by the due date will be resold to next waitlist sign up.  Please review our refund policy below prior to payment.
