Our therapeutic retreats include crop space of 6' X 2.5' for each cropper. In addition, you get life support (electric power) available at each table, an awesome welcome gift, specials/discounts from vendors, door prizes galore, snacks, and chocolate prescriptions filled all weekend!

What else can I expect?
When available, bring up to ten of your new or gently used items to sell on our Code Blue Table and you can help revive the life of your unwanted items. Have stuff you just don't want to bother with? Give it away to another cropper by placing on the ICU (Intensive Crop Unit) Table. All items left on this table at the end of the crop are donated to a suitable charity at the end of the year. Surgical instruments available for your use includes Cricut machines (Explore and Air); a multitude of cartridges; a Big Shot with dies and embossing folders; hundreds of hand punches, various decorative scissors, cutting systems and more.
How much does it cost?
See each event for specific Thursday opening and Sunday closing times. The price for all events is $160.00 and is for your cropping space only. Hotel accommodations and meals are your responsibility (see below for details).
When is the crop room open?
Our weekend retreats usually begin at 10 a.m. and close at midnight on Thursday, then 8 a.m. till 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 8 a.m. until 3-5 p.m. on Sunday (depending on the location).
If you would like to stay on site at the hotel you will need to make your own reservation. We've arranged for a block of rooms at each venue. Please reserve your room early to avoid a higher rate. Registration info/booking codes provided upon confirmation of full payment.
The hotel rate varies depending on the venue and location. Staying on or near the beach generally costs more for all events. Some locations may also have parking fees or resort fees however, we are generally able to negotiate these to zero. All details are provided after registration, so you'll know what charges to expect at each location. We usually have 20 - 25 rooms being held at our special rate. When they are gone, they are gone. You may share a room with other scrappers and split the costs. Only one person needs to register for each room.
All meals are acquired on your own. You get to choose where and when you eat. There are several restaurants available within a short drive of each retreat location and we are happy to help you find any restaurant you may need. Please note hotel regulations generally do not permit outside food to be brought into the crop area. Therefore, check with us before you do. Some venues may offer us a small lunch or dinner menu for take-out options. We make these announcements in advance or each day if they are available.
A few additional things to know about our retreats:
We love families....that's why we scrapbook them so much. But let's be real....it's a retreat so we can all have time to work on our pages without interruption. We aren't saying they can't come in but please consider visiting with your family outside of the crop room or keep visits to a short time for the courtesy of all scrappers. Exceptions to this policy will apply if you have a family member cropping with you.
If you are listening to your own music or watching videos on your laptop, etc. please use ear buds/ear phones.
You may not sell or distribute product or materials without the consent of Scrapper's Rx unless you are a authorized vendor.
Can I come if I don't scrapbook?
OF COURSE! We welcome crafter's of all kinds. Paper crafts, knitting, quilting, wood crafts - really anything that doesn't involve strong smelling chemicals.
