This event lasts four days Thurs-Sun.  Come and go as you please.

Where:  Aloft Orlando Lake Nona, 7215 Corner Drive, Orlando FL 32827.  Shopping and dining spots a short drive away.  

Start/End Time:  This event starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm.  The crop room is open the following times:  Thursday 10am until midnight, Friday 8am until 1am, Saturday 8am until 1am, Sunday 8am until 5pm.  

Hotel Rooms:  Hotel rooms are your responsibility and can be reserved at the link below.  Rooms are discounted 20% off the current rate.  Rate may vary depending on when you book.  Book as soon as possible as costs may rise as we get closer to the event.  No additional resort fee for our event and no parking fees.  Hot breakfast is available at a discount from the on-site restaurant and wifi is free throughout the venue.

Food:  Water, ice and various snacks are provided all weekend.  Lunches will be provided on Friday and Saturday.  The remaining meals are your responsibility.  Menu will be provided in advance.  Venue is also providing a 20% discount for meals at Tempo & Grace (on-site restaurant) and/or the WXYZ Bar.

All attendees will receive a six-foot table for cropping.  Power available to all tables.  Welcome Gift provided upon arrival and other door prize drawings occur every day.  Lots of vendors will be offering show specials, teaching classes, and selling products at the event! 

All seats at this event are $250.00.  You may pay in full or choose the $75.00 deposit only.  

PLEASE NOTE!!  Final payments are due no later than two months prior to each event.
