This event lasts four to five days Wed-Sun. Choose between our five-day event or a four-day event. Come and go as you please.
Where: Springhill Suites, 511 W. Lime Street, Lakeland FL. Lots of shopping and dining spots at nearby exits off I-4.
Start/End Time: This event starts on Wednesday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm. The crop room is open the following times: Wednesday 10am until midnight, Thursday 8am until 1am, Friday 8am until 1am, Saturday 8am until 1am, Sunday 8am until 5pm.
Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms are your responsibility and can be booked using the link below. Booking link will be available soon. Our room rate will be published when the booking link is available and expires 22 Aug 2027. No additional resort fee for our event. Hot breakfast is provided for registered hotel guests and complimentary parking and wifi throughout the venue. We'd like you to know that rooms at this venue DO NOT have mini fridges but coolers (which look like a mini fridge). Unless you are able to activate their cooling feature every few hours they should not be considered food safe or safe for medicines. The hotel will secure and store your medicines in a refrigerator.

Food: Water, ice and various snacks are provided all weekend. Lunches will be provided on Friday and Saturday. The remaining are your responsibility. Menu will be provided in advance.
All attendees will receive a six-foot table for cropping. Power available to all tables. Welcome Gift provided upon arrival and other door prize drawings occur every day. Lots of vendors will be offering show specials, teaching classes and selling products at the event!
All seats at this event are $250.00 for a four-day event and $300.00 for a five-day event. Deposit of $75.00 required upon registration to secure your spot or you may pay in full.
PLEASE NOTE!! Final payments are due no later than two months prior to each event.
